FAA REQUIREMENTS

  1. Obtain an FAA third class medical certificate
  2. Pass an FAA written exam
  3. Obtain 40 hours of flight time, to include 10 hours of solo time
  4. Pass an FAA oral and flight test

  2. 10 hours solo flight
  3. 20 hours professional ground instruction
  4. 10 hours pre/post flight flight briefings
